T hus COLORED STAINLESS STEEL WIRE FOR SPRINGS develops color by low temperature annealing after coiling.
F urthermore, we are able to achieve lower costs compared to traditional methods which employ color wire or apply a coating after springs are formed.

SPECIAL FEATURES

1. WIDE RANGE COLORING
It develops color from 200°C to 375°C (various colors such as gold, dark shades, etc.)
2. UNIFORMITY OF COLORING
It develops color evenly and uniformly by low temperature annealing after springs are formed.
3 EXCELLENT COILING PERFORMANCE
It has the same, or better, coiling performance as traditional springs, because it adopts a copper plating which excels in lubrication.
4. EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE
It shows superior corrosion resistance because of a special treatment on the surface.
5. EXCELLENT SOLDERING
It shows excellent soldering compared to nickel plating items, because it is coated with copper on the surface.
