OUTLINE
N AS 316H1, which is stainless steel wire for high-strength, high-corrosion resistant springs, is the one we improved from SUS 316, upgrading both its strength as well as its resistance to corrosion. Moreover, NAS 316H1 has similar mechanical characteristics to SUS304- WPB as well as having more resistance to corrosion than SUS316.

SPECIAL FEATURES

1. HIGH STRENGTH It has the same mechanical properties as SUS304-WPB. 2. HIGH-CORROSION RESISTANCE It has more resistance to corrosion than SUS316. 3. NON-MAGNETIC It has almost the same non-magnetic character as SUS316. 4. EXCELLENT PROPERTIES OF SPRING FATIGUE Its fatigue characteristics are more developed than SUS304-WPB at the time of using spring repetition. 5. EXCELLENT CHARACTER OF SAG RESISTANCE AT HIGHT TEMPERATURE Sag resistance of the spring at high temperature ranges are greater than SUS631J1. 6. EXCELLENT COILING PERFORMANCE It is also possible to use it with nickel coating and it has the same coiling performance as SUS304-WPB.
