NASLON KNIT SLEEVE is a stretchy knitted small diameter cylindrical tube. It is used for roller covers of roller conveyors for glass transportation, heat resistant cushioning materials, and packing materials.
We manufacture the following four types for use according to the required heat resistance.

NASLON QUENCH NET is used as a cooling ring cover material in the automotive tempered glass manufacturing process.
This is a blended product that combines the heat resistance of stainless steel fibers NASLON with the flexibility of PBO.
It has excellent cooling characteristics due to its appropriate opening ratio(holes size).

NASLON BRAIDED SLEEVE is a braided small diameter cylindrical tube.
It has a low stretch property and, when compared to the NASLON KNIT SLEEVE, the surface is smoother and the strength is high.
A NASLON BRAIDED SLEEVE is used for roller covers that require accuracy. The main materials are a NASLON/KEVLAR blend, but 100% NASLON and 100% KEVLAR are also available.

NASLON CHOP is made of TOWs, an aggregate of stainless steel fibers, by binding them using a sizing material, such as PVA, PET, or EVA, and cutting it into pellets of a predetermined length. It is mixed with resin and used for electromagnetic shielding, anti-static materials, conductive flooring, and fuel tank parts for automobiles. NASLON CHOP offers sufficient shielding effect with a small amount of filling and good formability.
